Canceled Event Procedures

If you need to cancel your event insurance, please email your request to plsdsteam.service@mercer.com including the following in the subject line of the email: the event date, the event name and your Campus location. For Example: 3/20/2020 ‐ Educational Lecture ‐ UC Davis ‐ Cancelation Request.
 

This will allow us to prioritize and process all requests as timely as possible. If your event occurs within the next 3 to 5 business days, please also mark the subject line as “URGENT” or call our service center. Due to a high volume of phone calls at this time, using email will prevent potential long hold times to speak with a representative. We will send you proof of cancelation and refund your payment.
